Well, it's getting cooler and the weather is looking nice. You know what that means... Time to hit the water again! I'm going cruising around the Potomac on Sunday... who's with me? Same details on the trip as last time, except this time, I'm bringing the drinks!
Here's the details:
Yes, if you want to see Washington DC from a different angle, learn to sail, or just waste time drinking with some friends, come out with us on Sunday. We’ll be on a 36 foot sailboat, the "Paradox";

So if you’re interested, meet in front of Zanzibar (http://www.zanzibar-o...) on the waterfront at 1:00 pm on Sunday. Metro works well since Waterfront-SEU Station is close. Otherwise, parking runs about $10 for the day. I’ll bring drinks, lunch & cookies. Feel free to bring anything else you’d like to drink or eat. Other than that, wear something comfortable, your swim suit if you feel like swimming, camera and $20 (helps me cover drinks, lunch, gas, and maintenance stuff… thanks!). We’ll take off of Gangplank Marina, go around National Harbor area, and come back at around 7 pm for a relaxed afternoon cruise. We'll be coming back around dusk so we'll have a chance to see a good looking sunset on the water. Good for pictures!

AjayHad a blast. Ate, swam, relaxed, enjoyed some good conversation, danced, sailed, and watched the sunset -- the time just zipped by and before I knew it, it was time to go. Li and Kayee were awesome hosts. Really appreciate this invitation and opportunity to unwind and relax on the water. Wish all Sundays could be this fun!
