Yes, if you want to see Washington DC from a different angle, learn to sail, or just waste time drinking with some friends, come out with us on Saturday. I just bought a 36 foot sailboat; I’m taking it out since the weather looks like it’s gonna be nice. So come with!

If you’re interested, meet in front of Zanzibar (http://www.zanzibar-o...) on the waterfront at 12:00 noon on Saturday. Metro works well since Waterfront-SEU Station is close. Otherwise, parking runs about $10 for the day. I’ll bring lunch & cookies. For you, Bring.Your.Own.Booz… I mean, Beverage of choice, your flippy floppies, swim suit if you feel like swimming, and $15 (helps me cover lunch, gas, and maintenance stuff… thanks!). We’ll take off of Gangplank Marina, go around National Harbor area, and come back for a chill afternoon cruise.
Keep posted just in case we get bad weather on Saturday!

All who wanted to come but couldn't: don't worry... I'll be here for a while and will hold the event again. Maybe in a few weeks. It'll probably be cooler and nicer then anyway.

Waitlist folks: It's great to know so many pepes like my hobby too! Unfortunately, I can't accomodate due to the limited number of lifejackets I have onboard. What are you doing next weekend? If the weather is nice, are you guys free next Saturday? We can tentatively say, same time and place? Send me a message & let me know so I can start planning for it.
